Aquarium at Burapha University Date: 24 July 2009 (half day) Location: the Institute of Marine Science, Burapha University, Bangsaen about
30 kilometers north of Pattaya. About the aquarium: The aquarium was originally opened in 1969,
and was expanded in 1980 with the help of a large grant from the government of
Japan. The aquarium was built as an educational center, and houses 180 species
of fish. It is one of the most interesting aquarium in Thailand.
