INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PREPARATION


POSTER SIZE: 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.

EQUIPMENT: Organizer will provide boards and supplies that are necessary for mounting and displaying your posters.

POSTER TITLE: The poster title and authors should be 2.5 cm in height.

DISPLAY TIME: Posters will be displayed on 20-22 July 2009, at 10:00-17:00. All authors are required to be at the poster during poster session on 21 July at 13.30-15.00, which is dedicated to poster viewing Poster installation will be on 19 July 2009 at 13:00-20:00. Please unmount your poster at 17:00-19:00 on Wednesday 22 July 2009. Any poster left there after 19:00 on Wednesday will be discarded.
